    Hour of Code (Online Tutorial)
    In April, we are offering the Hour of Code to anyone who wants to learn coding from a professional programmer for just $10. Hour of Code is an opportunity for every child to try computer science and get expose to coding for one hour. Every week, there's a new topic to learn and it starts on Tuesday, April 15.
     
    Tuesday's @ 6PM-7PM: JavaScript Tutorial - Learn the basics of JavaScript programming while creating fun drawings with your code.

    Weekend Workshops
    MINECRAFT SERVER WORKSHOP:  Kids will learn how to build, maintain and update their own Minecraft server. They will focus on building a server by installing a GUI and configuring port forwarding on modem; learn administrator/OP commands like white list, banning users, giving items and more; updating the server and adding important plugins. Req't: PC/Mac Minecraft Account. Age: 10-13. Date: Fri 4/18 at 10A-1P or Fri 4/25 at 5P-8P.
     
    FLAPPY BIRD GAME DEVELOPER WORKSHOP: Kids will learn to create the famous Flappy Bird Game using Scratch, the M.I.T. software for introduction to programming. Kids will learn very basic programming skills and then customize their own Flappy Bird game. Req’t: None. Age: 10-13. Time: Fri 4/18 at 10A-1P or Fri 4/25 at 5P-8P.
     
    MOVIE MAKER WORKSHOP: Kids will learn to be creative using Microsoft MovieMaker to create a video/movie that can be shared with anyone on email, Facebook, YouTube or Vimeo. Kids will learn how to add photos, video clips, audio & music, transitions and more. Req't: Microsoft MovieMaker software. Age: 9-13.     April Spring Break Camps
    Kidpreneur is offering week long camps for your young techies this spring break. We offer half-day and full-day camps in Minecraft Coding, Minecraft Game Development, Scratch Game Development and Entrepreneurship/Web Design. All camps require students to bring a their laptop so they can take their projects home with them.
